Firstly, on behalf of the whole LPMG, I (Richard) would like to thank Tom Steemson for organising not only this event but the whole concept of the LPMG with unfailing energy, enthusiasm and aplomb. The groups supplies a fantastic air of support, community and encouragement, but could not be what it is without Tom's drive and leadership.
